Here's the sketch
To make the pink polka dot paper I used a faux letter press technique with an embossing folder. That is such an easy way to add more interest to an embossed piece of white cardstock. I also embossed the two little banners and added the washi tape cupcakes. The presents and balloon are some stickers I've had in my stash for a while.
This also fits a Crash Your Stash challenge at Turtle Soup where you had to use your embossing folders. I use my embossing folders a lot so this was an easy challenge for me.
