What A Bunch of Characters

 I've got a new challenge up today over at Cookin' Up Creations. This month's theme is Out with the Old and In with the New. It's time to use up your stash and make room for some new stash. I know we've all got a ton of old stash and here's your chance to use some of it up!

The papers I used are from my scrap pile. I've been working on organizing my huge collection of sequins so I thought this would be a perfect time to use some of them. It only put a very small dent in them but I still feel good about using some of them.

Star Wars

I've got a new challenge up at Cookin' Up Creations today. Our theme this month is Out With The Old and In With The New. We want to use up our stash this month! So my challenge is to use your Washi Tape. I'm sure we've all got some and I have to admit I have quite a bit.

These are my two granddaughters and we were in Ocean City, NJ. We were walking along the boardwalk and ran into Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker from Star Wars. The girls were both excited to have their picture taken with them.

Card Challenge

 I've got a card challenge going on over at Cookin' Up Creations. It's got a two part theme this month. First, I want you use our monthly theme which is Out With The Old and In With The New, meaning use up your old stash so you can buy new stash. The second part is to make a Valentine's Day Card. You can make as many as you like and you have til February 16 to enter them. I made a couple cards and love that I used up scraps from two different collections.

Valentines Card for AHSC

 We've got a new card sketch up at Atlantic Hearts Sketches for this week. We have a new one every Monday and then on Wednesdays we show all the DT members take on the sketch and announce the winners from the previous weeks sketch This is another versatile sketch and I chose to make a Valentine's Day card for one of my granddaughters.

This was a quick and easy card and I combined it with the monthly theme over at Cookin' Up Creations. Their theme for January is Out with the Old and In with the New, meaning use up you stash so you can buy more. lol This whole card was made from my scrap pile which is huge. It always makes me feel good to use up my scraps and it makes room for more supplies!

 We've got a new sketch up for this week over at Sketches in Thyme today. This week's sketch was interesting. To me it looked a bit masculine which is hard for me to do since I only have granddaughters. So it took me a while to make it girly but if there's a will there's a way. I just pulled the colors from the photos and used a stencil for the background.

Hello Fall

 I've got a new challenge up over at Cookin' Up Creations today. Our theme this month is Out With The Old and In With The New....it's time to use up your stash. So today's challenge is to use up your scraps. The only thing that doesn't have to be a scrap is the base cardstock/paper. And you also need to use up some of your stash of buttons and since it's Monday I also have a sketch for you.
