Christmas Cards

I thought I'd take some time and share some of the Christmas cards I made this year.

For this one I took some watercolor paper and tore all the edges and then used some Prima watercolor paints around part of the paper. Then cut some snowflakes and the Merry Christmas out with my Circut and added a few silver stickles. Not your typical colors for Christmas but I'm happy how it came out.

I love how this next one came out. The star is a piece of corrugated cardboard that I've had forever. I die cut the leaves with my Cuttlebug and the holly leaves are from Hobby Lobby. I added some red Nuvo drops and ribbon on top.

This one was so simple and came together so quickly. I used several different sizes of snowflake stamps and just randomly stamped them using gold and silver ink. Then stamped the sentiment in red and mounted it on a grayish piece of printed paper.

This one is for one of my granddaughters. She's just been learning to skate so I think she'll really like this. I started by cutting the pond out of white paper and used some blue watercolor paint to add some depth to it. I then stamped the trees and again used some blue and green watercolor paint for the background. The snowman, little bear and sentiment are a stamp and die cut set that I colored with watercolor pencils.

I made more Christmas cards and will upload them in the next couple of days if I get a chance. I hope you enjoyed these cards and if you did I'd love for you to leave a comment.

Thanks for stopping by!
