The background is from my playing around with my new Gelli Plate.....that is so much fun! The stamp is an old stamp that I colored in with colored pencils. I die cut the circle using a Sizzix Framelit nesting stitched circle die. I added the two banners, stamped the sentiment and added some tiny pearls.
